If we can match the details you enter to our records you will receive an activation code by email.
If there is a problem matching your details to our records it may take between 5-7 working days for processing and verification.
Please access www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/find-nhs-number to find your NHS number. You will also be able to find it on the homepage of the MyNHS app if you’ve downloaded it to your phone and set it up.
We recommend that you add frimleyhealth.donotreply@nhs.net to your contact or safe-senders list to avoid missing any e-mail notifications.
To set up Proxy access to another patient’s records (i.e. child, a person you care for) please ask the patient to send you an invite through their MyFrimleyHealth Record account.
MyFrimleyHealth Record allows you to send messages to your Frimley Health clinical care team, view your test results, view upcoming appointments and more. To learn more about MyFrimleyHealth Record and what is available please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions. MFHR is always being developed, updated and reviewed. Only information documented after 11th June 2022 will be visible.
